I was inspired to make this mod after seeing road trains in the Australian Outback. What’s a road train? Basically it’s a truck with multiple trailers behind it, usually 4-5 or more. This mod allows you to connect the Krampe Semi-trailer (biggest trailer in the game) to another trailer with a hitch. For example, you can connect one trailer to a conversion dolly, that connects to another trailer! You can connect as many trailers as you can imagine! Well, there is a limit to how many trailers you can PULL, but that’s limited only to your pulling truck’s horsepower!
Currently this mod only changes the Krampe SB 30/60 trailer, but I will be modding the other semi-trailer (the silver one, can’t remember the name) very soon! And one day in the near future, I will combine both mods into a single pack! I only just started modding for FS17 so be patient with me as I’m not very good at it yet. I would love to see screenshots and videos of YOUR road train, and if there is a way let me know!
As I mentioned, I did not create this mod from scratch. GIANTS has provided all the materials and files for the 3d models, textures, sounds, etc and they own the copyright on all of it. All I did was mash 2 parts together in the GIANTS editor and made it work properly. If you find any bugs, let me know, but I am not very good at fixing problems. This little mod took me almost a week, and I didn’t even do any modeling.
